Learn to Perform under pressure

The Hidden Performance Skill
That Changes Everything

Most players don't struggle because they lack ability. They struggle because when the pressure rises, they don't know how to manage what's happening inside them.

Mistakes become frustration, nerves become tightness, and players who look capable in practice can't access that same level in competition.

The secret

it's a skill that most players are never taught

If even one of these sounds familiar,
this masterclass is for you

Tightens up serving for the set — the same serve that felt easy in the warm-up.

Plays free and loose in practice, then plays scared the moment it counts.

Can't let go of the last point — carries it straight into the next one.

One bad line call and the next three games go with it.

Overthinks the technique mid-point instead of just hitting the ball.

Knows the nerves are coming and has no idea what to actually do about them.

What's really happening, and how to take it back.

What Pressure Does

  1. Why the brain treats a big point like a genuine threat — and shuts down the part that plays free.

  2. The real reason players can't think their way out of tight moments.

  3. Why one bad game can spiral into three — and what's driving it underneath.

  4. The difference between players who move through pressure and players controlled by it.

The RESET System

  1. The between-point reset that pulls a player out of survival mode, on any point.

  2. A routine for coming back from a mistake without it snowballing.

  3. A pre-point ritual that holds up in a tiebreak, not just the warm-up.

  4. A daily habit that trains the reset until it's automatic — the same way a serve is trained.

ABOUT

Grant Notten

Founder - RESET Performance System

Grant is a performance coach who developed RESET™ from a simple observation working with players at every level: most were not losing because of ability.

They were losing because of what happened inside them under pressure — and nobody was training that part of their game. RESET™ is a practical system, not theory, built to be trained the same way a serve or a footwork pattern is trained.

RESET Performance System

Stay Connected - Perform Freely

RESET™ was built around these observations and principles:
helping players understand how pressure affects the mind and nervous system while providing practical tools they can apply immediately to improve focus, emotional control, confidence, learning, and performance.

The goal is not simply positive thinking.

The goal is to build the internal systems that allow players to access their abilities more consistently under pressure — both in tennis and everyday life.

Don't worry, we got you. Here are some answers for your questions.

Both. The session works for club players who want to enjoy competing again, and for juniors under tournament pressure. Content is tailored to the mix of players in the room on the day.

No. This is a practical, listen-and-learn session built around the science and the tools. Nobody is put on the spot.

Most approaches stop at motivation. This works with what's actually happening in the nervous system under pressure, and gives players a specific, repeatable tool — not a pep talk.

The session can run indoors, in a clubhouse, or courtside — whatever your venue has available. Some parts are seated, some are walked through on court.

Yes — it works well for league squads and doubles partnerships looking to build trust and composure together under match pressure.

Pricing is per session rather than per player, so it works whether you're bringing your whole junior squad or a smaller league group. Get in touch with your numbers and I'll confirm a price.

Yes — every player leaves with their own written RESET™ plan to keep using in training and matches, not just what they remember from the day.

Any competing player aged 10 and up. Younger juniors and adults get the same tools, adapted to how the session is delivered on the day.
